These terms cover the use of and purchases from the Orion Perfumaria online shop, run by Gomes & Cia Ltda, CNPJ 05.836.739/0001-51, at Travessa Frutuoso Guimarães, 270, Campina, Belém, Pará, Brazil, postcode 66019-040 ("Orion"). By buying on the site, the customer agrees to these terms.
1. Customer service
Questions, orders and complaints are handled on WhatsApp (91) 98862-9966, by email at contato@orionperfumaria.com.br or through the form on the Contact page, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to noon.
2. Delivery
We deliver throughout Brazil via Correios (PAC and Sedex) and carriers, with shipping calculated at checkout from the postcode, weight and dimensions. In Belém, you can also arrange pickup at the shop. We do not ship outside Brazil at the moment.
- The delivery time shown at checkout considers stock, region, invoicing and order preparation, and starts once payment is confirmed.
- Once the order is placed, the payment method and delivery address cannot be changed.
- Someone over 18, with ID, must be at the address to receive the goods. If delivery is not possible, the order returns to Orion.
- The carrier is not authorized to enter the home, open the package or deliver to an address other than the one on the invoice.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago, via Pix, boleto or credit and debit card. Pix and boleto have a 3% discount. Credit card installments available are shown at checkout. Card purchases are subject to approval by the card issuer, and Orion may ask to confirm details by email. All prices are in Brazilian reais.
- Card: delivery time starts once payment is approved.
- Pix: confirmation is usually immediate.
- Boleto: confirmation takes up to three business days after payment.
4. Right of withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 7 calendar days of receipt, under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice. After checking it, Orion refunds the full amount. For credit cards, the refund is made in one go and appears on one of the following statements, depending on the issuer.
5. Exchanges and returns
Exchanges and returns follow Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code and our Returns policy. Defects caused by misuse are not covered: the product is assessed before any exchange.
6. Offers and prices
Offers are valid while stocks last. Prices and conditions apply to online purchases and may differ from those in the physical shop.
7. Product use
Before buying, read the description, directions and precautions on each product page. Products containing alcohol are flammable and must be kept away from fire and out of the reach of children. If in doubt, contact us.
